I always loved my Samsung appliances but this Tuscan stainless steel appliance package that I bought is so awesome! Besides not showing fingerprints I love the Bluetooth technology when you download The Samsung app you can actually see the groceries in your refrigerator if you're at the supermarket and forget if you bought milk or not. The computer screen on the refrigerator door has so many different apps to choose from you can listen to your favorite music stations see your favorite recipes right then and there and it's so close to my oven that it's such great company as well. I can go on and on but I'll tell you what a wonderful investment my Samsung appliances are and I love them very much!!! 5 stars ⭐️

I thank God all the time for this fridge. It will tell me when things are about to expire. I can watch along with the recipes as I make dinner. The fridge can link to a Samsung tv and mirror what's playing. If the door is left open it will notify with song. I also have a samsung oven and the fridge will notify me when the oven is pre-heated. I love the feature of downloading family pics and it will play through them. I put my chores list for the kids and any notes I need them to see. This is more than a fridge! I can control compartments like humidity for my green onions and fresh vegetables which make them last longer. I can also change the temperature of the middle compartment for whatever I decide to store in it. Fridge is very functional! The only thing I am not fond of is I ordered the counter depth and feel like I need more space.

We get so many compliments in the color and Style of this fridge. Its the tuscan bronze finish. One of my favorite features is when the door bell rings, a screen pops up on the fridge so we can see who it is. I also love being able to view inside the fridge while I'm shopping. Definitely recommend! My only complaint is that the ice maker makes an annoying pop sound and samsung says they will not fix it. Our last Fridge did this and they fixed it right away so not sure why they won't correct it anymore.

I have the Tuscan series refrigerator for seven months already, and I, as well as family and friends, love it. Very good quality fridge, elegant design and very high end technology. The outside has a beautiful champagne color, water and ice disperser and a big touchscreen computer that allows you to do about anything you do with any type of computer. It also has very good quality speaker where you can listen to many variety of music; you can even receive and make phones call through this fridge!!! The inside has various cooling zones and a variety of storage option.

Its pretty amazing to say the least. It reminds me not only of my appointments but of stuff that we might need in the fridge. It creates a shopping list and its cool to see whats in the fridge without opening it. The storage is quite large and adequate. Although there is not much room to move the shelving around just takes a little getting used to from the old fridge. My only complaint is the ice maker / water dispenser. The ice maker always makes a mess has pieces of ice come out when you only ask for cubes and if you don't hold the glass all the way up it goes all over the floor. There is also no drip tray for the water so if any drips you have to clean it right away we had to tape some paper towel down to collect any splashing. Besides that its pretty amazing. As for the Flex drawer this is one of the best parts of the fridge. We are able to fill it with soda/ water / beer and it keeps it perfectly cold. The separator bars in there are so helpful to separate it into 4 sections. We have different sections for each of us but it keeps the cans from moving around.

I was so excited when I saw the truck arrive with our new refrigerator. This refrigerator is unbelievable. It has so many features. Very convenient. The freezer at the bottom is very nice and easy to access. The storage is fantastic and you can store most anything. The family hub is wonderful. I can see my children and granddaughter when I go close to it. It will also play music, show recipes and the weather. I was so ready to get this refrigerator. The one we had was over 15 years and was ready to upgrade. This appliance is o versatile and I know that everyone that buys it will enjoy it as well as I am.

So when I learned about this refrigerator, my imner foodie just fell in love. I was so so excited to be picked by insiders to get the product!! There are so many features that make life easier. Firstly I love the fact that when you walk by the screen on the door is motion activated. No need to unlock or touch it to begin, and its great for walking by at night as a little extra light. Secondly I adore the fact that I can search and save recipes right on my fridge!! Genius! Not only that but I can make grocery lists right there and have it connected to my phone with the app! The next great thing about this refrigerator is that you can look inside of it without opening it up!! The small cameras on the inside display the contents on the screen for easy choosing. This is also helps when you're at the grocery store and forget if you need something because you can just look at your phone and inside the refrigerator. Over all this is the best refrigerator I've ever or will ever own!! Thank You Samsung Insiders!!!

Its fun to use the fridge now!

Its like another toy in the house its so much fun to play with. I've spent hours setting up the display and playing with all the features. As you can see i put a photo on the screen we do shipping lists on there draw funny obnoxious pictures on the screen and just leave general notes on there. Pros: Tons of storage space in the fridge, the separate soda / beer drawer is so cool to have all my soda in one place. Just re-organizing the fridge was fun with all the shelving and adjusting the shelves to fit what we needed where. Were still adapting it to figure out how to best use the space but its nice to be able to have something with so much storage and its easier to find everything. The freezer is cool with two bottom sections and the top sliding drawer just makes it so easy to not loose track of items in there. The camera view is so nice when i go to the grocery store and can't remember if i have something or needed more of something. I have already used that twice. The ice on demand is pretty quick. Cons: The water / ice area has no drip tray so ive found i had to put a piece of paper towel there to catch water that drips out after you fill a cup (or just have to go slower when removing the cup). Some of the fridge inside space is odd on the doors and i have not quite figured out what could possibly fit in there. You need to make sure its leveled well. If its off even a little one door you have to make sure it shuts properly and the other door won't stay open I have to figure out how to level it better but its very sensitive. Overall I would recomend this fridge. Its definately a huge step up from what i used to have and has made organizing much easier. The screen is a huge help for lists and i love having the pictures on there that change. Don't forget to sync it to your phone so you can play with the fridge and all its fun options. (I love that it alerts my phone if the door is left open too long.

This Samsung Refrigerator is hands down the best Refrigerator I have ever owned! I absolutely love the fact I can see inside it without opening the door and can even check for things I need when I am at the store! The Family Hub is amazing! I love being able to play music while I am in the kitchen and even get recipes right on the door. The Flex drawer is great in the fact that depending on my needs I can change the settings to use it in a way that suits my needs! The Tuscan Stainess finish is so easy to keep clean and fingerprint free, which helps when my Grandkids are here! The versatility of all the features allowed me to totally customize it to suit my needs!! I highly recommend getting one and seeing for yourself how wonderful these refrigerators are!

Our favorite gray Tory is the Family Hub screen - so beautiful and futuristic it is the attention grabber of the kitchen! This refrigerator is of such high quality, we are thoroughly impressed. The drawer bins and door shelves are of the highest quality, it's is evident a Samsung went above and beyond in the manufacturing of this refrigerator. Initially, before arrival, we had a minor concern regarding the Tuscan stainless steel, we figured it would show fingerprints and smudging, however, we love that this was not the case at all. Our 4-door family hub is a welcome upgrade to our kitchen. We couldn't wait for it to be delivered. When the fridge came through the front door, I seen the beautiful Tuscan Stainless Steel. The colors kinda change from a grey to purple to copper! We fell in love instantly! This is one very handy appliance. The family hub allows me to connect all my wireless devices, run my smart home with zero issues. My kiddos love the option to play music while helping with dinner. The only thing is the speaker system isn't all that great and sounds muffled kinda. Nevertheless, it's still a top notch appliance. The 3 built in cameras enable me to check what I need while out at the grocery. A very spacious fridge with lots of storage space. The freezer is wonderful and I can keep more food on hand compared to my last fridge. Overall, this is a fantastic refrigerator and I highly recommend getting yourself one!!!

Where to start?! First off, this refrigerator is simply amazing. I love the look of this fridge and it is very easy to clean. Pros: Amazing visually. The fridge can add a wow factor to your home and this is one of it. It is a high end looking work of art Functionality: Tons of storage and wide open storage. I did not have an issue storing all the food that we have. The middle section is a nice touch BUT would have been better if it was a freezer Smart: I love the smart feature! So much to do! We can order instacart straight from the fridge! Listen to music, to do list, send pictures to the fridge for our family while we are out and about. You can add Samsung family hub app and everyone on the account can share a photo straight to the screen which is awesome when I am away with the kids for the day while mom is at home working, and gets a notice on a new photo! The memo feature is cool. I can add notes to the screen as a reminder. Leave notes for the kids to read when I am at work. The inside fridge camera is cool because there are times when I'm at the store and I want to buy something that is on sale but I am unsure if I already have them, I can use the app to see what I have. The expiration list is great as I know what is about to expire and will remember to throw them out. And then I will add that to my food list for the next trip to the grocery store. Mirror option is awesome plus as I can watch movies on the fridge while sitting at my island during breakfast. I have alexa all over my house and have just gotten used to voice command, so having Bixby adds a extra touch. My wife loves that feature as when she's cooking, she does not want to touch the screen, so she can command spotify, etc to open and play without having to touch the fridge. Cons: Ice maker: the crushed ice maker is relatively slow but not too bad Middle section: I would love it more had the middle section been for frozen items since the top bins is current super roomy already. I would love to use the middle bin to be able to store food that I eat occasionally. It reduces the searching for items in the bottom bins. But I am okay with it. I'm am excited to continue to learn more of what I can do with the Smart feature. The fridge is currently connected to my phone and I am able to control the temperature, monitor if the doors were not shut completely. Overall: I recommend this fridge. I have not seen many flaws yet and I am hoping to keep it that way!

delighted with my new fridge. It has an app that allows you to see what you have inside, it tells you how long to expire. the middle drawer you can put water, meats or wine since you can program this drawer on the screen. The only thing I found inconvenient is that the removable drawer does not provide enough space for gallons or large containers. Regarding the family hub, I can say that the first two days when it was installed, it did not have much access since it was not updated. On the second day, he updated and allowed me to synchronize my iPhone to Spotify in just three simple steps and synchronize the calendar with my email account. For its part, the smart thing now I have creat my account and be able to access through my phone app. The memo app is great since I don't have to leave papers (which can then be thrown away) every day. I wish I had direct access to you tube since I use that app very often and I find it tedious to have to search the internet to have access

This refrigerator has brought so much fun and to our family that we don?t know what we?d do without it. Although it is beautiful, spacious, and high tech, I love the fun features and apps the most. I have two little boys, and we love playing their favorite songs from the Spotify app. The photo album is wonderful as it provides slideshows and gallery options giving us constant reminders of joyful times with our little ones. We also love other apps like the recipe app, and the app that takes updated pictures of the refrigerator which you can check out from your phone. The refrigerator is very customizable allowing us to lift the rack to fit larger items. I also love the high tech drawer that allows us to set the appropriate temperature for storing wine, cheeses, cold cuts, or drinks. We selected the rustic finish which looks very elegant and up to the latest trends in kitchen design because it looks very unique and matches really well with light as well as dark colors. The high tech options with the ability to customize the Hub with lots of fun apps that will continue to grow give this refrigerator lots of possibilities for fun and functionality. So we?re really looking forward to getting the most out of our gorgeous refrigerator.

My husband and I love this refrigerator!! It was everything you ever wanted in a refrigerator and more. It was very easy to install and use the smart hub. The size is perfect and so are the 4- Door French Doors.. It has room for a lot of your perishables. The Family Hub is incredible and now we downloaded our children and granddaughter pictures. We have also listened to Spotify. I love the feature of looking at the inside with my IPhone and determine what I need to get at the grocery store. I love that it doesn't show fingerprints. This refrigerator is worth every penny of the retail price. A++++++++

I absolutely love this fridge. Our kitchen has a lot of "smart" gadgets but nothing beats our fridge. I looks so cool! I can't wait to have family and friends over, they are going to fall in love. It has the perfect amount of space. We like having a fully stocked fridge. Sometimes this can be a pain, it's so hard to get to the milk that's all the way in the back or to grab in soda with all this other stuff in the way. With our new fridge that is not the case. It's very spacious. I'm most excited about the apps, this makes it so much fun. Everyday I learn something new. It's endless. I get to customize it, add pictures, play music. We have an Alexa in our kitchen, our fridge has allowed us to move our Alexa to a different room. It also has the ring app! Pretty much most of the apps on your phone are on here. The Flex Zone compartment is great for storing deli meats and cheese. The coolest part...it takes pictures of the inside of your fridge! I do wish it took live pictures though and took pictures on the items on the shelves. Ice is a bit smaller than I'm used to. I personally like the freezer down in the bottom instead of on the side. Our new fridge makes our kitchen look very nice.

My very first impression when I saw this refrigerator was wow it is beautiful. So far, I can honestly say this has meet my expectations. The water was hook up by the people who deliver and I had no problems with it so far. We place all the food in the refrigerator immediate after we hook it up. I not for sure how long it took to get the right temperature but it was pretty fast. The movable areas in the fridge was a surprise. I didn't notice it to my husband pointed it out that two shelves moved extremely easy. The middle part of the fridge is my favorite. I like how you able to select what item you want and the preset temperature in that part. The freezer part is bigger than I expected it to be to. I like how it is not to deep but deep enough to find food. The top department of the freezer I like how I can separate my food without worrying about cross contamination from the meat. The ice machine is working great. To me the ice storage is small but that it okay with my family of 4. I can say that the water taste better coming the fridge than the bottle water. Overall, after having it for almost two weeks I will say so far it is working well and was easy to manage. The outside of the fridge is beautiful color. I love the color of my fridge. The smart hub I guessing was easy to connect because my husband connect it and he did it so fast. I have not use all the features yet but plan on as time go by. I like the pictures, the different apps. I like how I was able to control what goes on the fridge by using the app. The touch screen is such a hot item in my house. We leave notes to each other and draw funny pictures. the handles are easy to use too. I like how the handles on the two bottom departments move a little that was different to me I had to adjust to it but not a problem. I adjusted in a day. Overall, the outside and the Smart Hub is awesome. I would not change anything about this refrigerator at this moment. I love it so far!

We've had this for over a month and love it. The Tuscan color is beautiful. The ice maker is a little on the small side. Also, I am the computer go to guy in my community, but cant get the smart things app to fully function.

Love the appliance. I've had it for 4 mos. Experienced nocking noises coming from the rear of the fridge, someone was sent out the next day. They explained the noises were normal for this new appliance and should subside after about 6 mos. Will continue to monitor. The music output from the speakers are great! Love the convenience of the second drawer for beverages.

My family is addicted to this refrigerator from drawing to recording messages. To be really honest I didn't want to get the family hub, face it we have phones and tablets why would I need a device on my fridge. After receiving it the family has taken over my husband bluetooth to listen to music, my daughters watch videos on it and I have to admit I got in on the fun as well, I use the smart things app from my phone and I use Bixby. The features are amazing from the shopping list, view inside, deals app that allows you to find deals on grocery and allrecipes app which comes in handy. The shelves inside are adjustable and you get to customize the temperature of the flex zone drawer depending on what you are using it for. The refrigerator also keeps my vegetables fresher a lot longer than my fridge. Most of all my 7 year old has dominated the family hub and leaves little personal messages and voice recordings. To sum it all up I am very pleased with my refrigerator.

The Samsung family hub is great with all the features, it has something for everyone. The Bixby, drawing and recording features are some of the features and apps that the family can use. My wife has connected the refrigerator with smart things app that allows her to have access from her phone. The dual cooling feature makes sure that the food is at the right temperature and the flex zone drawer has customized temperature settings. The bottom freezer is really spacious and holds a lot of food and the fridge area has adjustable shelves to place food in different areas. We are proud owners of this refrigerator.

My wife received this refrigerator and our family has enjoyed the upgrade! This refrigerator has exceeded our expectations and is alot nicer than our previous model although we do miss the capacity we had prior. The ability to look in our frig when we are away from home so we can see what we need has been a great addition. Our kids also enjoy streaming music from the family hub, adding pictures, posting written messages to each other and most of all being able to sync our google calendar to the refrigerator face helps us all keep up with daily activities that are scheduled each day! Very happy with its space, performance, colour, and design; it makes my kitchen looks more stylish. Well I had another brand of fridge and was not that enthusiastic for a change, it was working well and we where just used to it. Now that we have it at home we are very happy and enjoying all the advantages of it. The cooling system of the middle drawer keeps the cheese and charcuterie in perfect temperature. The doors are spacious, good light inside and great space in the freezer. Definitely a recommendation for those who love to cook. Plenty of recipes in the app and helpful camera when out of home and missing something!

Wow! This fridge has exceeded my expectations. First the color is stunning. It is fingerprint resistant (great for husband ms and kids). The family Hub we have used more than I thought we would. It organizes our schedules and plays music while we cook. We can even watch tv on it! What a great time to be alive!! The freezer holds so much food it's unbelievable. We shop at Costco and can easily fit all our food in this. The flex zone is remarkable. We used it to store a cake or deli meat. It's very deep and easily closes. The fridge itself holds so much food and you can easily see what you have in your fridge. Overall this fridge is fantastic.

I love this refrigerator. Let's start with the size of it. Although it's the same size as my old one, I feel as if it can hold more, although that might be due to the layout of the inside. I love that the middle drawer is also part of the refrigerator, and it's great for keeping meat or drinks in there. The freezer is a nice size, my only complaint is that the drawer part of it can be hard to push back sometimes. So when I open the freezer and I need to move that top drawer out of the way to find something, it can sometimes take a few tries to get it. We love being able to get ice and water out of it, and there have been no issues with that part at all. My family has been drinking more water since we've gotten it, so that's a good thing. The touch screen is amazing. My kids love drawing pictures and making collages out of the pictures we upload. I especially love being able to get on an app and pull up recipes, and being able to have a list of everything in the fridge and the dates of when it expires. The app for the fridge is also nice because if I'm at the store and am not sure if we need something, I can get on and it shows me the inside of the refrigerator. The color of it is also nice, and I've had no problems with having to wipe off fingerprints which I had to do with my old fridge all the time. Overall, this refrigerator is amazing. Everyone who comes over loves it and wants one of their own. If you're contemplating getting this, you won't regret it.

This refrigerator absolutely phenomenal both in function and appearance. The functionality of the refrigerator is great and I have had no issues in its use. The cooling system utilzes an attractive metal cooling plate in the rear of the product that maintains the cool temperatures with minimal deviation. The organization of the interior shelves somewhat customaziable and allow for a wide range of product placement within it. The middle drawer is a cooling drawer that has several settings (meat, cheese, etc.) that will change the temperature to the optimal setting for what you are storing in it. Additionally there is a clever mechanism in this drawer that allows you break the large area into 4 different rectangular shapes. The freezer section is nice and deep, with additional storage shelves that pull out to increase the storage capacity. The refrigerator also has power freeze and power cool settings that allow for rapid freezing or cooling if necessary. The appearance of the refigerator is absolutely gorgeous. The Tuscan color blends well with my white cabinets and darker countertops. The touchscreen has become a staple in our household as my younger child can draw pictures on it and I can check my calendar before going to work in the morning while getting my breakfast. There are so many apps that can be utilized on this from youtube to recipe apps to Spotify. Almost anything you can do on a modern smart phone can be done on this fridge. I highly recommend this product!

Getting Samsung tech into your fridge

I literally got blow away by this fridge. I changed my LG fridge for this Samsung French door, including a Family hub, as i already have other Samsung products which are connected to Samsung Smartthings. And i just love it! No more stress to see what you have in your fridge (the inside camera's can be activated through the app), so any time of the day, wherever you are, you can see what you have and what you should buy in the store. Very convenient if you have 3 hungry boys at home that constantly needs to be fed. The fridge came in Tuscan color, which is a perfect fit for my kitchen. The material also avoids to see the finger stains on it, which is an incredible benefit. Space are more then enough, easy way to get your fridge organized and to keep an overview on what you have. I love the cheese/meat basket, which is separated form the rest of your food, very convenient to avoid your fridge smell too much. Ice/water machine works perfectly, while you can also arrange the temperature per compartment, very useful. The ticket size of the fridge is quiet significant, but really worth every $ spend. I got a lot of good remarks from my friends that are visiting the house, and i can only recommend this product. A highly recommend this fridge!

I love this fridge. Upon delivery, we have noticed the quality and the esthetics of the fridge. Both were sublime. The functionality of the interior is second to none. You can adjust the shelves hights and the humid levels in the drawers work great. The lights are such a huge plus. It gives the fridge a sharp piercing light. Makes it look so nice and sophisticated. The ice make takes up very little room however it obviously doesn't provide enough ice for continuous use and for multiple guests. The cooking technology seems to keep a very even chill to the fridge as there are no frozen items in the back of the fridge. Plus it cooled super quick when we first got it. Couple of hours later and books, the fridge was ready. The middle drawer is a great option as it is spacious and you can decide it into multiple compartments for different items. Oh and the handles are super cool. They pull Up to open. The freezer has an appropriate amount of capacity. I like the fact that the drawer opens with the freezer door and if not needed you can push it back. The exterior is so pleasing to the eye. The water and ice dispenser work well and are easy to use with the heat sense touch button. The screen is amazing. I have downloaded my family pictures to it. The functionality of this fridge has helped us be more organized with the calendars and the shopping list. So far, this fridge has been a great addition and we definitely recommend to every family.
