After our third GE built-in microwave stopped working, we switched to Frigidaire. All 3 of our household users are very happy with the quality and functionality of the product. The trim kit needed to have some pieces sawed-off to fit, but all is good now.

This microwave was purchased to replace a dated (2014) model. It is attractive and powerful. Love the sensor buttons for veggies, popcorn etc., and the quick start buttons. The micro is very quiet and efficient.Love it so far.

Bought as a replacement to Whirlpool wall mount microwave. Happy with the purchase so far. Exactly same size and dimensions of my previous one, so it was easy to install and no need to buy a new trim kit.

We bought this microwave to replace a 6 year old GE microwave that went out. My husband was able to install the trim kit easily and it looks sleek and modern. The microwave itself has been great. Heats ups nicely and isn™™t noisy. We hope lasts longer than 6 years!

Update as of 3/11/24 to Review #224887796: Over a year and I still only received 2 of the 3 parts, customer service keeps giving me the run around. I still need: part #19 - 5304526477 Control Panel, assembly, steel/glass, black stainless, w/cntl bracket. And black stainless is correct, it was sent once and was damaged so a new one was suppose to be sent. I bet your wondering how I know what the part number is - because customer service sent me a picture of the oven so I could tell them what I'm missing. Which I was told on June 9, 2023 that it would be released in 7-10 BDs. I emailed 8/3/23 asking where it is, I was told it was still being processed. 10/10/23 I was told the warehouse still is working on the order. 2/15/24 I was asked if I received the part (No I haven't) And now today, I'm told that if I needed the part it should've been stated on the order - it was!!! What do I have to do to get this oven part?1st review: Frigidaire doesn't stand by their products and customer service is the worstI bought my oven in July 2022, I didn't open the box till October as the box didn't have any damage to it. When I opened it, the front corner top was damaged and while the repair guy was assessing the damaged found out the inside temperature control that you can't even see was damaged and doesn't work as well. Luckily it can be repaired so the repairman said, but WHEN, It is APRIL 2023 and I still have only 2 of the 3 parts. I've called many times and I get the voicemail run around that says; "I'm sorry no agents are available to take your call, please call back later" or either stay on hold for 2 hours and customer service says you just have to wait till the parts come in. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AN OVEN TO USE!!

Broke after 2 month. After 3 months customer service has yet to have any of their warranty service people to show up and follow thru with their warranty work. I am a licensed contractor, and I wouldNot recommend this brand to any of my clients

Replacement for 2 Whirlpools (same size) that burned out. Much quieter and more features in same footprint, which helped so we could use previous trim kit. Looks great, easy switch wish found this one first!

We replaced our 20-year-old wall oven/microwave combination with a Frigidaire Gallery microwave and 30" wall oven (separate). We have used many of the functions and so far, are very pleased with the results. I would recommend both items to anyone and hope to get many years of use out of them.

We had another brand catch on fire. So did some research and purchased this brand of built-in microwave oven. First thing we noticed was how quiet this one is compared to our last which sounded like a bi-plane taking off! This is much more solidly built and has great features. Really happy with our choice and purchase. So much so we went out and bought an oven to match!

It is a very attractive built-in microwave. It gives a higher end look without the cost of drawer style built-in microwaves. Works exactly as it should. Very large capacity and quick at heating. I like the black stainless and the whitish blue digital display.

The built-in microwave I just installed to replace my old one which was 17 years old looks great. Though expensive, I™™m very satisfied with it. I hope it will last as long as the old one that I have. I stuck with the same brand and series for this sole reason. Installation was quick and easy; seemed easier that the original one (based on removal since I didn™™t install the original one). Aesthetically, looks good. Performance is better in terms of being more quite than my old one.
