Parts of the unit came damaged from the distributor such as fins and the air directional control pieces on the face of the unit. Dispute the damage the unit functions very well and I appreciate the warranty.

We put the window unit in our kitchen and it cools the kitchen, living room and hallway extremely well. Won™™t have to suffer this summer. It™™s a little louder than I™™d like but it™™s a bigger unit than I™™ve ever had so that™™s probably why. Easy to install, just a few screws to keep it in place.

This is a great unit. I replaced another brand with this fridgdaire and am so glad I did! I have owned fridgdaire products in the past and will never buy another brand again. It has no issues cooling down my living room and even reaches other rooms in my mobile home

LOVE my new AC. I had bought a LG brand one and it was SO loud and didn™™t do the job. I got this Frigidaire one with more btu for a cheaper price! My other Ac is Frigidaire and has lasted YEARS! This new one isn™™t loud and it™™s SO COLD. Cools my whole upstairs which is what I needed!

Worked well on an 80 degree day. Haven™™t tested in full summer heat yet. Remote is nice with bigger buttons. Wish the lights on the unit were brighter, hard to tell if theyre on or not. Easy installation with included hardware.

Piece of crap! After spending a day installing it and confirming it was getting power, NOTHING HAPPENED! Zero.. Zip. Had warranty and called. They set up an appointment for a technician to come. NO ONE EVER CAME.Took off a whole day waiting and no one ever came. Tried to reach tech support again and was told business hours ended even though it was only 4 pm.Furthermore, the materials are very cheap and flimsy. I so regret buying this. Today is in the upper 80s but I have no ac.

After having issues for years with our central cooling system we decided to purchase window units for the main areas we need to cool. Very straight forward to install and the manual explains what each function does. Having a remote makes it that much easier as well. The unit itself looks very nice and the electrical cord is a generous length. I recommend trying out different settings and temperatures until you find what works the best. It comes with a few rolls of foam for insulation, some with adhesive and some not, but after installing I did end up purchasing extra just because of the size and type of windows we have. As far as noise, it sounds like your typical window air conditioner. You can tell when only the fan is running and then when the compressor kicks on and off. I'm used to sleeping with the sound of a fan and easily able to sleep with no issues having this AC right next to the bed at night. The only area I can't review is the cost of running the unit but we've already purchased and installed 2 and would gladly buy again.

I've had all frigidaire A.C's in the past. Ordered this one and it does not blow cold air, cool yes, but not cold. The engine makes the most annoying loud buzzing sound like something is not working properly. Worst of all, the temperature does not go down to 60. They get a zero out ten from me, not purchasing from frigidaire again.
