Quietest, most thorough dishwasher I've ever had. The best thing about it is that the dishes are incredibly clean after washing, which, of course is important. The final item is that the way the dishwasher is set up inside, placing off various types of dishes, bowls, works fine for our family.

So far, so good. We went with the 18" dishwasher since there are only 3 of us. It's perfect for our household. We run it every 2-3 days and it holds plenty! It's quiet, the dishes come out spotless and almost dry even without using the "dry" function. Definitely saving water using this too!

My wife and I bought the dishwasher for our antique mobile home. The home is from the 70s, but we have lovingly repaired, decorated, and updated it to be a sweet little place to escape the heat. The dishwasher works very well. It is quiet and adequate for the needs of two people. Frigidaire's technician fixed the appliance after Lowes' installers had problems.

Well i'm on my second service call in less than 6 months for code showing not getting water. 1st service call was a switch which took 3 weeks for the service facility to get. Now it's showing the same code again and i can't get the code to clear as the service tech showed me how to do. Not happy with this constant issue.

I was concerned with a smaller footprint for my dishwasher worrying that it would not perform like a regular size dishwasher but boy was I wrong! This bad boy is very quiet with several options for cleaning, energy efficiency, sanitizing, and heated dry. The stainless steel tub is a plus too. It has a state of the art food removal feature as well. If you need a top notch smaller dishwasher, this Frigidaire is a great investment in my opinion. I™€™ve always been impressed with Fridgidaire because my wall over is 62 years old and still works like a charm. Thanks for yet another great product Fridgidaire!!! Five stars!!!

We were/are thrilled to have a built-in dishwasher in our new KZ Durango Gold camper. The dishwasher works well but I would have expected a more solid build of the product. The racks feel a bit flimsy and don't glide smoothly on the tracks. You almost have to be a bit aggressive with it to pull them out to load/unload. Again, thrilled to have it but would have appreciated/been willing to pay for a higher build quality.

The Dreaded i4 Error

We have owned this dishwasher for approximately 2.5 years with out issue. About 3 months ago the unit stopped working and showed what appears to be the very common i4 error. (Water flow or leak). We had a Frigidaire technician out to diagnose the problem. There was water in the base of the unit under the dishwasher. He dried out the unit, reset the code, leveled and reinstalled the unit. He advised us to not use the "normal" amount of prepackaged detergent as it creates too much suds for a small unit. We followed these directions and things were fine for about a month. Over the past week the error has reappeared twice. Reading this forum this appears to be a very common problem for which Frigidaire does not have a clear resolution for. We love this dishwasher when it is working but if we can't resolve this problem quickly it will lead us to replace this relatively expensive unit with another manufacturer's model before its expected lifetime

I selected Frigidaire since a lot of their appliances are made in USA and it was the same brand as the refrigerator (made in Mexico) and stove we purchased. The label did not state where it was manufactured, but the microwve we got at the same time noted that the corporate office was in Charlotte, NC. It also was the only 18' Built-In Dishwasher Frigidaire currently produces. Does not have a smudge proof finish, but cleans nicely. It seems quiet enough considering it is a dishwasher. If you do not select the heat dry, the inside is very damp at the end of the cycle. I have yet to use the heat dry feature.It came packaged well and had no damage noted. We only had Lowes bring it in to the home. We unpackaged it and installed it ourselves. It should be noted that we are DIYers and have lots of various tools which made the installation smoother. But of course had issues with old plumbing like cutoff valves dripping afterwards which also had to be fixed.

After 24 years of washing dishes by hand we renovated out kitchen and added a dishwasher. I was elated to see the delivery truck arrive with my new best friend. She was installed, shiny and new she made good friends with the other appliances and new cupboards and countertop. One glitch, the delivery guy said the rince holder was broken but he would contact the manufacturer to get a new one free if charge since it arrived broken. That was more than a month ago. Still no rince holder so it works but doesn't dry all that well. Amazingly frustrating how long it has taken for one little piece. You are still manufacturing this dishwasher. I'm certain all the other dishwashers have it. Losing confidence in Frigidaire quickly. Considering what else I could do with that open space. Unhappy at best.
