We moved into a new house so we ordered everything ahead of time, we contacted it with a professional, on the first use not more then 10 minutes it exploded!! Thank god nothing major happened, It was at night so no one to call, We called in the next day just for them to tell us its was over 48 hours so there™™s nothing to do about it , We called the Frigidaire company waiting long time on the phone, they send us a technician to come and fix it , He said parts need to be ordered, he ordered them. Yesterday we got a message from Frigidaire that the parts are in and the technician will come today to fix ( a week later) he came this morning to check if we got the parts cause they didn™™t send it to him, we were surprised cause we have no idea what he was talking about.And now we™™re stuck, have no over which is my main cooking method and there™™s no one to reach because every company send us to the other one for answers . Very disappointed!

I really appreciate so much about my new Frigidaire oven. First it came in white without a back order. Second it fit in the space we had for it without adjusting cabinets or our cook top. Third, while its external width and height are the same, the interior is wider and deeper so I have extra room for multiple bakeware. Fourth I love all it's features and learned some things from the manual about baking and roasting temps and bakeware that I didn't know before all in all, this oven was a great purchase!

Had to rate only 4 stars.. Reason choose this oven was primarily because it was supposed to be a direct replacement for my old wall oven. Old oven was wired to a surface mounted junction box. New oven did not have space in rear to use the surface mounted box. New oven is designed to be wired from above. Had to move box to inside the wall. Have baked several items. All with good results. Cookies baked better than done in old oven.

We love the looks of this oven, especially the time shown. But, it is very slow to heat to the temperature to preheat. Otherwise, we are satisfied. Our previous oven that quit working after 18 years was much faster to reach the desired temperature™¦

It's an oven, it gets hot! You put in cold food and in a certain time it cooks it like all ovens do. In 15 years or so, if it still works, I'll let you know. I really think Frigidaire sold my information when I registered it. Since that fateful day, we have been getting at least 8 sales calls a day. For that reason, I won't be buying any more Frigidaire products. I also will be telling everyone I know not to buy them.

The package arrived without any sign of damage and the oven works as expected. But after 2 weeks I noticed 2 small pin-hole rust spots on the right side of the frame of the oven door. Did not want to deal with the hassle of remove, return, exchange, reinstall. So I used some white appliance paint to fix the problem. Not a good sign to find blemishes like this on a brand new oven. Hopefully there are no rust issues in non-visible parts of the frame.

This oven is very easy to program and operate. It did look intimidating but if you follow the directions it is easy. I love how fast it preheats and the cooking temperatures are perfect. I would definitely recommend it and have given it 5 stars.
